Frequently asked questions
What is Keyfall 3D?
Keyfall 3D is a free piano tiles rhythm game that runs in your browser. Tiles fall down a tilted 3D track and you tap them in time with the music.
How do I play my own songs?
Drag an MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A or FLAC file onto the page or choose one from your device. Keyfall listens for the beat and notes and builds a level from them in a few seconds.
Are my songs uploaded anywhere?
No. The audio is decoded and analysed entirely in your browser, and the file never leaves your device.
What difficulty levels are there?
Every song gets four levels: Easy for spaced-out notes on the beat, Medium for steady melody taps, Hard for nearly every note with chords, and Expert for dense streams, fast falls and tight timing.
What are the controls?
Tap the four lanes on a phone or tablet, or press D, F, J and K on a keyboard. Hold long tiles until they clear the glowing line.
Is Keyfall 3D free?
Yes. It is free to play, needs no account and no download, and works on desktop and mobile browsers.
